This policy applies to all such data regardless of format or storage location. Employees and contractors are responsible for retaining copies of any such data they require beyond this 30-day period.
Changes To Privacy Policy
If we decide to make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by e-mail through the primary e-mail address specified in your account and/or post those changes to this Privacy Policy on the Website homepage prior to the changes taking effect. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable e-mail address for you.
You are also responsible for regularly reviewing the Privacy Policy and related documents. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. No amendment to or modification of this Policy will be binding unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Creative Listing, or posted to the Site by a duly authorized representative of Creative Listing.
In the event that Creative Listing goes through a business transition, such as a merger, an acquisition by another company, or a sale of a portion of its assets, users' personally identifiable information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Users will be notified via prominent notice on the site for 30 days after a change of ownership or control of their personally identifiable information. If, as a result of the business transition, a user’s personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, users will be given a choice consistent with our notification of changes section.

When you submit a rental inquiry through our platform, certain personal information you provide is shared directly with the landlord or property manager who listed the rental. This sharing is necessary to facilitate a rental application.
The following information is included in every rental inquiry forwarded to a landlord:
This information is shared with the landlord for the sole purpose of evaluating your rental inquiry. We do not collect or share social security numbers, immigration status, criminal history, or credit information as part of the inquiry process.
Landlords on our platform are required to comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. They may not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or other protected characteristics. In many states, landlords are also prohibited from discriminating based on source of income (including housing vouchers and rental assistance programs).
When you submit an inquiry, we send you a confirmation email summarizing the information forwarded to the landlord. You can contact us at info@creativelisting.com if you have questions about what was shared.
Inquiry records are stored as part of the rental listing record and are retained until the listing is permanently deleted from our platform. You may request deletion of your inquiry data by contacting us at info@creativelisting.com.
We display targeted advertisements from service providers (such as title companies, lenders, inspectors, and contractors) on our platform. These ads help us support the services we offer to you.
Advertisements are targeted based on the following criteria derived from your profile and activity:
No personal information is shared with advertisers. Advertisers receive only aggregate, anonymized metrics about their campaigns, including total impressions, clicks, and click-through rates. They do not receive any personally identifiable information about individual users.
We collect ad interaction data (such as impressions and clicks) to measure ad effectiveness and improve the relevance of advertisements shown to you. This data is stored securely and retained for up to 90 days.
If you would like to opt out of targeted advertisements, please contact our support team at info@creativelisting.com. You may still see generic, non-targeted ads after opting out.
Creative Listing offers an AI connector (an MCP server) that lets you use an AI assistant, such as Claude, to interact with your account in natural language. This section describes the data handling specific to that connector. It supplements, and is governed by, the rest of this Privacy Policy.
When you connect Creative Listing to an AI assistant and grant consent, the connector can access only your own account data, scoped by the OAuth permission you approve:
mcp:read): your listings, your
buyer/renter preferences, your deal matches, and publicly searchable
listings.
mcp:write): create and update your
listings, and upload listing photos you provide.
The authenticated user is always the caller identified by the OAuth access token. The connector never accepts a client-supplied user id and never exposes another user's private data.
Data is used solely to fulfill the tool call you (via the AI assistant) make — for example, returning listings that match your search, or creating the listing you describe.
The connector does not sell or share your personal data with third parties. The OAuth flow exchanges only what is needed to authenticate you (handled via AWS Cognito) and to deliver tool results back to the AI assistant.
You can revoke the connector at any time from your AI assistant's connector settings, or by deleting the associated grant. Revocation immediately invalidates the access and refresh tokens (grant revocation is checked on every request).
Questions about connector data handling: info@creativelisting.com.
